Oliver’s U/12 Cup Guidelines/ Game Day Information
1 Game times: Girls match at 4.40pm followed by Boys match at 5.45pm
2 Access to the stadium/court will be 30 minutes prior to the Oliver’s Cup game time (or when two games, the first listed game). Game timing – 4 x 10 minute quarters; 1 time-out per quarter; clock stops on foul shots and time outs (clock will re-start as soon as the minute for timeout concludes); 1 minute between quarters (clock set on 11 at commencement of break and set to run); 2 minutes at half time (clock set on 11 at commencement of break and set to run). 3 minute extra time if required
3 Team Sheets to be completed and emailed to the Tall Timbers North West Thunder Administrator enquiries@nwthunder.com.au on Thursday prior to the game. All listed, including players, Coach, Assistant Coach and Manager (maximum of 3 team officials) and referees will be admitted free of entry. Please also list names of the two score table per team who will also be admitted free.
4 Spectators (accompanying family members etc.) will be required to pay admission costs for a Thunder match, with half the paid entry amount refunded if spectator/s leave prior to the commencement of the Thunder game. Thunder admission costs: Adults: $13.00, Student/Concession: $9.00, Child (under 14 years): $6.00, group bookings (2 Adults, 2 Children (13 and under) $32.00. A ticket will be issued on entry and this will be used to redeem the refund.
5 Teams will use the change rooms in court 2.
6 Teams to provide own warm-up balls. Team A to provide the match ball.
7 Two Score table personnel to be provided by each team (list names on team sheet for free entry). Referees to be provided by teams. Payment of referees is the responsibility of team/s participating. Referees provided with free entry.
8 Oliver’s Team strips (singlets) will be provided for use on match night (players to wear own shorts)
